Chicken in Lemon Butter Sauce

  Ingredients :- 200 gm boneless chicken 3 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup heavy cream 50 gm unsalted butter 3 garlic cloves(minced) 1 1/2 tbsp crushed black pepper 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped onion 1 tsp lemon zest Preparation :- In a mixing bowl, take half of the crushed black pepper and salt to taste. Then add the chicken pieces. Marinate and leave it for atleast 30 minutes. Now in a pan add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter. Then add the chicken pieces and fry them from all the sides completely in medium heat. This should take 10-12 minutes. Once the chicken is done take out in a bowl. Into the same pan add the lemon juice and reduce it in half of it's quantity in high heat. Read:  Ginger Garlic Soup Add rest of the butter to the reduced juice and let it cook in a low flame. Ginger Garlic Soup

  Ingredients:- Chopped beans Chopped carrot Boiled sweet corn Grated ginger garlic 1 tbsp oil 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder Water 1 liter 2 tbsp cornflour Preparation :- Add 1 tbsp oil. Add grated ginger garlic. Fry until it turns brown. Add chopped beans and carrot. Add boiled sweet corn. Saute them for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste. Add 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder. Add water 1 liter. Cover and boil for 5 minutes. Cornflour should be mixed with water. Add corn flour water and stir it  well for 5 minutes. Ready soup. Thank you. 

Chicken Afghani

  Ingredients :- 1/2 kg chicken 1/2 cup fresh cream 1/2 cup yogurt 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 lemon juice 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp oil For onion paste:- 1 handful coriander leaves 3 green chillies 25-30  broken cashews 1/2 onion Spices :- 1 tsp chat masala 1 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp kasuri methi(dry roast and crushed) Method :- For Marination:- Marinate the chicken with onion paste,fresh cream,yogurt,all powder masala,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice for minimum 30 minutes. Preparation :- After 30 minutes, heat the oil in a pan over medium flame. When the oil is well heated, give 1 tbsp butter. Now you have to give the chicken. keep aside the gravy. Turn the chicken after 1-2 minutes. The flame must be lowered. Cover and leave for 8-9 minutes. After 8-9 minutes, increase the flame and fry the chicken till golden color comes. Chicken Soup

Ingredients : 150 gm chicken 2 tbsp cooking oil 1 inch ginger 3-4 chopped garlic cloves Chopped Beans 2 chopped carrots Chopped Spring onion Chopped spinach Corns 1/2 chopped Broccoli 1 tsp black pepper powder 2 bay leaves 2 tbsp corn flour Method :- In a pan, fry the chicken in high flame with 2 tbsp oil and 1 bay leaves till it turns brown. Cover for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes open the lid and stir well and cover for another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes open the lid and stir and add 1.5 liters of water. salt to taste. Then you have to cover it. Cook for 20 minutes. Stay at Low Flame. After 20 minutes, turn off the cooker and let it cool. Then open the lid and strain the water. Now you have to give all the vegetables in this stock with ginger and garlic. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the chicken. Add black pepper powder. Mix cornflour with water and mix it with soup. Ready. Thank you.

  Ingredients : 500 gm chicken Salt to taste 1tsp turmeric powder 1/2 lemon juice 3 clove 3 cardamom 1 star anise 2 large cardamom Cinnamon 4 red Chili 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 cup grind coconut 1 ginger piece 5 garlic cloves 2 chopped onion 1 tomato 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp black pepper powder Oil Method : Mix the chicken well with salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice. In a pan, stir  cloves, cardamom, star anise, large cardamom, cinnamon, dried chilli, fennel seeds, cumin seeds. After a while add 1 tsp cooking oil. Now add 5 garlic cloves and stirred for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes,add 1 cup grind coconut. Stir for 2 minutes. In a mixer,add ginger and coconut mixture and grind it. In a pan, add 3 tbsp oil, chopped onions and a little salt. Stir for 1 minute. After 1 minute, add tomato slice and chicken. Now add black pepper powder,coriander powder and coconut mixture. Easy paratha

  Ingredients : For paratha Batter: 1cup white poha 1 onion 2 green chilli 1 ginger piece 10 garlic pieces 1 finely chopped carrot Few chopped capsicum Few coriander leaves 1 cup rice flour 1/2 tsp black salt 1/2 tbsp baking soda Wash the poha very well. In a mixer, add onion,green chilli,ginger piece,garlic pieces and washed poha. Grind it. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Now in this mixture, add chopped carrot,chopped capsicum,coriander leaves. Add water. Mix well. Now add rice flour,black salt,baking soda. Add little water. Mix well. For chutney: Take a mixer & add few coriander leaves 1 ginger piece 2 green chilli 7-8 gralic pieces 2 tbsp lemon juice Salt to taste   Grind it. Chutney is ready. Temper with curry leaves. Let's make paratha: Heat a tawa and add batter. Cover it for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, add some oil. Again cover it for 50 seconds  in low flame. Capsicum Paneer

  Ingredients : Paneer 300 gm Butter 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger paste 1 tbsp 8 Green chilli paste Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp Salt to taste Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 Medium size capsicum 50 gm cashew paste 2 tbsp poppy seeds paste 1 tbsp dried melon seeds paste Kasuri methi Garam mashala   Method : 1. Cut the paneer into small pieces and lightly fry in oil.   2. Fry until light golden color.   3. Mix salt and sugar in warm water in a pot and leave the paneer, So as to remain soft.   4. H eat white oil in a pan.   5.  Mix 1 tbsp butter in the oil.   6. When the butter is mixed with the oil, add ginger paste and green chilli paste. It will stay on medium heat.   7. Stir for about 1 minute.   8. After 1 minute, add 1/2 tbsp cumin powder. Salt to taste, a littile kashmiri red chilli powder.   9.  After 2 minutes, add cashew, poppy seeds, dried melon seeds paste.   10. Add a little sugar and mix well.   11. Continue to stir for 3-4...
