Chicken Soup


Ingredients:

150 gm chicken
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 inch ginger
3-4 chopped garlic cloves
Chopped Beans
2 chopped carrots
Chopped Spring onion
Chopped spinach
Corns
1/2 chopped Broccoli
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp corn flour

Method:-

In a pan, fry the chicken in high flame with 2 tbsp oil and 1 bay leaves till it turns brown.


Cover for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes open the lid and stir well and cover for another 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes open the lid and stir and add 1.5 liters of water.

salt to taste.




Then you have to cover it.

Cook for 20 minutes.

Stay at Low Flame.

After 20 minutes, turn off the cooker and let it cool.

Then open the lid and strain the water.

Now you have to give all the vegetables in this stock with ginger and garlic.





Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add the chicken.

Add black pepper powder.

Mix cornflour with water and mix it with soup.

Ready.
