Easy paratha

 Ingredients:


For paratha Batter:

1cup white poha
1 onion
2 green chilli
1 ginger piece
10 garlic pieces
1 finely chopped carrot
Few chopped capsicum
Few coriander leaves
1 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tbsp baking soda

Wash the poha very well.

In a mixer, add onion,green chilli,ginger piece,garlic pieces and washed poha.

Grind it.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl.

Now in this mixture, add chopped carrot,chopped capsicum,coriander leaves.

Add water.

Mix well.

Now add rice flour,black salt,baking soda.

Add little water.

Mix well.


For chutney:

Take a mixer & add few coriander leaves
1 ginger piece
2 green chilli
7-8 gralic pieces
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

 

Grind it.


Chutney is ready.

Temper with curry leaves.



Let's make paratha:

Heat a tawa and add batter.

Cover it for 30 seconds.

After 30 seconds, add some oil.

Again cover it for 50 seconds  in low flame.

After 50 seconds turn the paratha and cook for 1 minute in low flame.

Ready to serve
