Chicken in Lemon Butter Sauce
Ingredients :- 200 gm boneless chicken 3 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup heavy cream 50 gm unsalted butter 3 garlic cloves(minced) 1 1/2 tbsp crushed black pepper 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped onion 1 tsp lemon zest Preparation :- In a mixing bowl, take half of the crushed black pepper and salt to taste. Then add the chicken pieces. Marinate and leave it for atleast 30 minutes. Now in a pan add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter. Then add the chicken pieces and fry them from all the sides completely in medium heat. This should take 10-12 minutes. Once the chicken is done take out in a bowl. Into the same pan add the lemon juice and reduce it in half of it's quantity in high heat. Read: Ginger Garlic Soup Add rest of the butter to the reduced juice and let it cook in a low flame.
