Chia seeds recipes for weight-loss

 Everyone is quite aware of the body now. All eyes are now on home-cooked food and nutrition. So now the new name in the list of superfoods is Chia Seeds.

Chia has a lot of fiber. Resulting in better digestion. The stomach stays clean. Chia seeds are rich in antioxidants, Which keeps the skin and hair well. In addition, chia seeds have a lot of minerals. Chia seeds contain omega 3 fatty acids. Contains plenty of protein.



Chia seeds recipes 

1. Chia water
    Chia seeds 1 tbsp
    Water
Soak 1 tablespoon chia in 1 glass of water for 30-45 minutes. Then you have to drink it.

2. Chia seeds roti
    Flour 1 cup
    Oats flour 1/2 cup
    Chia seeds powder
    Salt
Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup oats flour, chia seeds powder with a little salt to make a soft dough. After leaving it for 10-15 minutes, take some dough & roll it out to make rotis. Bake in a pan. Ready.

3. Chia smoothie
    3 banana
    4 dates
    2 cups yogurt
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup chia seeds
Blend all of them in a blender. When blended, put it in the fridge for 20 minutes. Spread honey on top before eating.

4. Chia seeds pudding
    Chia seeds 1 tbsp
     Milk 1 cup
    Cinnamon
     Oats
     Dry fruits
    Date chopped
Mix 1 tbsp chia seed, 1 cup milk, a little cinnamon, 3-4 tbsp oats, dry fruits, date chops together in 1 bowl and leave it in the fridge overnight. Ready for the next morning.

5. Pan cake
    4 tbsp Besan
    Grated Carrot 1/2
    Chopped beans
    1/2 - 1 tsp chia seeds powder
    Salt
    Black Paper
Make a batter with a little bit of water. Spread a little in the pan and make pancakes. You have to fry it on both sides. Ready.

6. Chia drink
     Honey
    Green tea
    Chia seeds 2tbsp
    Lemon juice
Mix honey in 1 cup of boiling water with green tea. Mix 1 cup of cold water in it. Mix 2 tbsp of chia seeds in 1 glass of tea. Serve with lemon juice and ice cubes.

7. Chia salad
    Chia seeds 1/4 tbsp
     Fruits
Sprinkle 1/4 tbsp chia seeds with 1 bowl of any fruit. Serve with honey spread on top.

8. Chia with fruits
     1 cup of milk
     Honey
     Pomegranate 3 tbsp
     1 banana
Pour milk in 1 bowl and mix 3 tsp chia seeds in it. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it. In this way the mixture should be left in the fridge for 3 hours. The fruits should be mixed in it. Ready.

9. Breakfast smoothie
     3/4 cup of milk
     1 banana
     1 tbsp cocoa powder
     1 tbsp Soaked / Raw Chia Seeds
     Oats 2 tbsp
     Water
Smoothie is ready when everything is blended together.

10. Vegetable salad
      Chopped beans 1tbsp
      Grated carrot 1tbsp
      1/2 capsicum
       Salt
       Black pepper
      Chia seeds
Beans, carrots, paneer, capsicum should be added to the pan with a little water. Sprinkle salt, pepper and chia seeds to taste. Cover and stir for a while over low heat. Ready.
