Breakfast Momo
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If it is healthy then there is no point. Today I will tell you 3 such nutritious momo recipes that can be eaten for breakfast.
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup paneer
• 1 cup chopped cabbage
• 1 cup grated carrot
• 1 chopped green chilli
For chutney
• 2 boiled & peeled off tomatoes
• 2-3 dry red chillies
• Salt
Method: 1st fry the veggies for 1 minute. Add salt to taste and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another half a minutes. Momos stuffing is ready. Now let it get cooled.
Now prepare the dough for momos.
Take a little salt in the flour. It should be rubbed with water little by little. You have to give a little oil in it. When the dough is ready, you have to leave it for 15 minutes to set..
By the time dough gets set in 15 minutes, we will prepare the chutney for momos. Grind the chutney ingredients & cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Chutney ready.
Now make the momos.
Apply some oil on a surface, take a good portion of the dough and roll it. Take each one of that, add the stuffing, fold it.
Now we will steam cook momos. For this, water should be heated in the container before. Grease the steam dish, place the momos in it and keep the dish in the pot. Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes medium flame. After 15 minutes momos are ready.
Serve with delicious momo chutney.
Spinach momo
• 2 cups wheat flour
• 1 cup spinach puree
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 cup onion, carrot, cabbage
• 1/2 cup paneer
• 1 tsp garam masala
• Salt.
Method: Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt and mix it. Add spinach puree. To make this puree, take a handfull spinach, add some water and blend it in a blender and strain it. Let it press for some time. Meanwhile take a pan, add some oil, add finely chopped onion, add grated carrot, cabbage, paneer, add some salt and garam masala. Saute it for 2 minutes. Now turn off the flame, allow to cool down.
Now apply some oil on a surface, take a good portion of the dough and roll it.
Now take each one of that, add the filling, fold it, seal the sides. If the sides are not sticking, you can apply some water and press it. Momos are ready. Now lets cook it.
Take a steamer, grease oil, place each momos inside this, steam it 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile lets make thke momo chutney. For that, add around 10 red chillies, add some water and boil it. Take that chillies into a blender, add some of the water, add salt anf oil and blend it. Make it into a smooth puree. Now momo chutney are also ready.

• 2 cups soya granules
• Flour 2 cups
• Hot water
• Chopped garlic 1tsp
• Chopped carrot
• Chopped onion
• Chopped ginger 1/2 tsp
• Chopped green chilli
• Salt
• Vinegar/lemon
Method: Soak soya granules in 1 cup of hot water. When wet swells, strain the water. Add salt to taste to the flour. It should be rubbed with water little by little. Apply again with a little oil and leave for 10 minutes. Fry garlic, ginger and chilli in oil for 1 minute. Add onion, salt, pepper and soy chunks. Add 1/2 tsp vinegar. When the water dries with a little stirring, it should be taken down. Stuffing ready.
Now cut the flour into rounds and take it in the form of puri. Now take each one of that, add the stuffing, fold it & seal the sides. You have to put it in the steamer. Cover and leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Ready soya momo.
