  Ingredients:- For fried spices:- 2 tsp whole cumin 1 tsp whole coriander 1 tsp fennel 4-5 whole dried chillies Preparation:- In a pan, add whole cumin seeds, whole coriander seeds, fennel seeds, dried chillies and dry roast on medium to low flame.  After 2-3 minutes, turn off the oven and pour the spices in another bowl. The spice should be cooled and powdered. Gravy Ingredients :- Almond 10-12 Cashew nuts 10-12 Raw chilli 5-6 Yogurt 4 tbsp Preparation:- Almonds should be soaked in lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes and peeled. Cashew nuts should be soaked in lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes. Mix almonds, cashews, raw chillies, sour yogurt, a little water to make a mixture. Here are some simple recipes. 1 .  Chana Salad : Ingredients : Chopped vegetables 1 cup each Capsicum r broccoli 3/4 cup each Cooked chickpeas 1 cup Method : In a pan, add 2 tbsp water and add pumpkin, carrot, beans, capsicum and broccoli. Add salt and pepper to taste. Now add cooked chickpeas. Cover and leave for 2-3 minutes then turn off the oven and serve with lemon juice.
